Smoked Yellowtail is most often enjoyed with saltine crackers, a little lemon and an ice cold beer. However, more than a few of our customers crumble the meat and sauté in a frying pan with a little oil, onions, a squirt of lemon. Place in a warm corn tortilla with some cilantro and our Hot Sauce and you set!
